What makes AI ask for peace? Any special trigger?

India never asked for peace while Sudan did. Maybe because India declared war on me? I think I destroyed the entire army and they still wouldn't ask/accept peace offers. Im thinking of attacking Algeria next but I only want to take the coastal area and I would like to know what makes AI ask for peace.

There are certain conditions that must be met but its some of georges voodoo which has never been released to us mere mortals. But even if those conditions are met there is no guarantee that they will offer/accept peace.

Pretty much its set that if you start a war with the expectation of getting peace then you are committing quite a folly.

Endless wars are gamebreaking thing. WAD or not, this has to be changed!

Personaly I think it's great. Especially when the AI is fighting each other. It cripples the economies of both countries. XD
