So I just colonized Austia, and now they hate me. They wont accept any trades I have to offer with them, and they are just extremely pissed. How can I make them love me again?

Colonies will auto-accept any offer you make, even if the accept/refuse indicator shows as red.

yeah the secret is a lot of offers of moderate size vs. one big pile of cash. took me a lot of money to figure that out!
