parameter missile accuracy has to do with missile or artillery units firing missiles?

Since he has recently been asking a lot of questions about tech effects, the parameter in question is probably connected with GPS tech that gives +2% to missile accuracy. If so, than it applies to missile units not missile artillery.

Yes, it is the 123' tech effect parametre.

Next question is about 122' and 126' tech effects:

122 ballistic artillery range
126 MLRS range

ballistic artillery is for artillery units with true value at ballistic unit parameter in default.unit file?

and MLRS is for the rest? How AI recognizes who is MLRS and who not??

As for your new question, yes, ballistic value true or false in .units file is how AI recognizes which is which...

so the false flagged artillery units (with class number 4) are mlrs units? and their range is controlled by 126 effect?
