Wow 5 months for a single patch on a game that has this stacking issue is just a tad too much IMHO. Tell you what, Im just gonna drop the game like many others have already done so. Just tooooo slow with the after support for my liking

Feel free to delete this account anyway    as I will not be posting again. Its like being a mushroom coming to this forum, always kept in dark and fed on crap

Calm down! There will be patch... maybe :D Hope this long work means that many things from our wishlist will be implemented! Still, I too hate being kept in the dark without any info on the progress (why just they don't tell us something- at least the work they have done so far. It woul'd be much easier to wait that way....

There will be a patch. We are working on it. While I understand everyone's desire for more information I have personally been burned by giving out even small bits of information so don't expect more than that from me (blame those who attacked me before). I do relay all the concerns here to the rest of the team and try and match the weight of the request as I read it here.

It takes too long i'm afraid. I Certainly respect your work but i think this is too much waitning for a customer of your games.

I think that the main problem is that without any info (why are those basic things classified at all?!) and without the patch which ,literally, makes (in other ways excellent) game playable, people feels disappointed and abandoned...

Evidently things are taking longer then they expect - this happens all the time in programming and this is why they refuse to give a timescale, as well as only revealing a few things about the patch, also I can see where Chris is coming from, I have seen it happen to him MANY times on here.

BTW Chris can we get a heads up as to whether you fixed the destack bug and got the game running a little smoother because of it?

When I see it "all fixed" on my system and running, I'll see about commenting here. But even that can bite me if we find that a "fix" broke something in another area that forces us to backtrack (as has happened twice in the last few days on some other engine improvements).

Thanks for the info! Is it possible that we get some info on the patch progress at least once a week?! It woul'd be much easier for us to wait that way without snapping and/or freaking out

or at least a list of problems being addressed--not necessarily fixed in the upcoming patches--more like a "we know these are the issues, and we aren't promising on fixing them soon, but we are working on them."

I think people really, really like this game (I know I do) but are easily demoralized about getting a game going only to have it suddenly bog down, crash, etc. Tends to hurt the replay value of the game--which is the main reason I bought it in the first place.
