Does Sandbox work now?

As title says.

1. Is it safe to play as e.g. UK in sandbox mode

2. Is it safe to set victory conditions to conquest rather than sphere victory?

3. Do casualties affect Military approval &/or civillian Approval rating in democracy

Potential and hopeful new feature I would like to see one day
I note that we can now see how 2 countries feel about eachother within a region, will a future update possibly allow us to intervene in these relationships e.g. propaganda / diplomatic pressure / political negotiations. I feel and hope something like this could get implemented, even if only on a chance factor that could only be done every six months or somthing. It would be nice to kinda be able to concentrate on other countries particular standing with another country

What do you mean by safe? As in it wont crash the game?

I'm playing a sandbox game with UK now with conquest as the win condition, no crashes so far, everything seems to work fine.

My game has crashed a lot playing as Iran in sandbox mode. I do leave it for an hr or 2 every now and then but it should still not crash. I loss a saved game because it crashed right as I tried to save it and I'm guessing it ruined the saved game.
