Hi!
can somebody explain for me, step-by-step how do i install this?

Open SRCW
Open the downloaded file
Click the red-outlined box that says select a process to open
Double click SupremeRuler.CW.exe (it'll have a string of numbers in front of it)
Check Money for frozen money (never decrease OR increase)
Check Stockpiles, Social Spending, or Misc to open up additional options.
Check on the cheats you would like. They all freeze numbers. So say your military approval or oil stockpile is good, then you would freeze it. It will now stay at the same amount no matter what happens in game.

Oh, and download cheat engine as well.

Basically you do this: (It isn't as long a process as it looks, I have just described even the smallest steps!)

1. Go to http://cheatengine.org/ and download then install cheat engine.
2. Download the file off this thread relevant to your version, 2.2 is the latest at the time I am writing this
3. Unzip the folder using Winrar (google it if you don't have it installed, the trial version from Rarlabs is all you need)
4. Navigate to your documents, there should be a folder called "My Cheat Tables" open it if there isn't look around a bit (also make sure you have launched cheat engine at least once!)
5. Place the file you extracted ("SupremeRulerCW.CT") into this folder.
6. Now launch cheat engine.
7. Click the button which looks like a computer in the top left hand corner
8. Find the item on the list called "********-SupremeRulerCW.exe" click on it and press open. (The * can be any number or letter) (If you struggle here check the picture below!)
9. Press yes when it asks to load the associated table (if it doesn't say this then the "SupremeRulerCW.CT" file is probably in the wrong place! Go back and try again or post a response for help)

10. Now you should see the same as the picture below. Just follow the labels on the picture on how to work the table once it is loaded!



11. Enjoy!

I just figured that with the updates as well it could get rather crowded on the first post.

I will make a new thread and will reference back to this one, keep your eye out for it and if there is every anything you want me to change/add/remove just give me a shout! It is you who put in all the hard work after all!

Here's a basic cheat table. Only has Money and Research rate pointers. Both are floats, and research rate is a percent multiplier: 0.65 = 65%, 2 = 200%
This is for Update 3
Make some requests and i might get to them. I have only a basic knowledge of pointers, so don't expect something too fancy

manipulating GDP and freezing it. Also troop recruitment speed would be appreciated. Domestic and Military approval ratings. Is it really that hard to update the old table?
