south african oil charlie foxtrot
I have a habit of using SA for my learning curve. What I don't get is why does SA have a plethora of oil based power plants when they don't have any oil AND they have plenty of.coal and coal.based power plants to the extent they produce more energy then they can use?!

Everyone seems to have majority oil-based power plants.
