In one of the above Posts Boeing was playing my modern world mod and Gahdafi took over a region after it was liberated, because they randomly choose from leaders that haven't been used yet (or aren't currently in use either way).

Since Gahadifi was still in the leader file after I removed Libya, it was (and is until I remove him) possible for him to pop up as a leader for a colonized or liberated nation. Which as funny as it is, is immersion breaking considering my mod is supposed to be based on the modern world, and he is dead. (Zombie Ghadafi might be okay though... )

There is something like a few hundred different event messages in the files.. BG used maybe 50. The above is me experimenting with one of the unused ones. (The Majority are probably left over from previous games in the series or ones they never ended up using)
Something I want to do eventually is get around to writing my own custom ones, the reason I haven't is that BG has translations for the default ones and i'm not sure I want to make my mods english only.

Would it be possible to make 2 versions, one english only with custom events and one that is multilingual but without the custom events?
