Sea transport of air units
Many of the air units in Cold War lack the range to cross the oceans, or even to travel from one colony to another in the various empires (France, UK) still in existence. Many aircraft designs cannot be loaded onto carriers to make the trip. It would be helpful if it was possible to give the Sea Transport command to aircraft, which would have to load into Merchant Marine ships from hexes which contained both an air field/air base AND sea pier/sea port. They would have to unload at a similiar hex on the opposite end.
