I found a couple of issues with Ireland in this mission (playing as the UK):

1) The Mil Small base at x:034 y:079 starts at 2% construction
2) The Air defense at x:048 y:071 starts at 9% construction


Neither of them are able to become ioperational before Ireland surrenders... And the UK have more than enough forces at the begining of the mission to win it easily. Not sure about the Mil Base, but if the Air Defense were operational the mission would be a little more interesting for the RAF
