I'm not sure but i believe there was a topic about the storyline for the Scandanavian region posted by the Devs a long while ago. I can't seem to find it, but if i remember it had something to do with oil and fishing rights.

I'll take that a no then, be sure that the soccer stadium would be the first thing to be flattened, only thing I'd delay for is if no game was on so I wouldn't get the players.

Goes for Denmark as well, we need space for the cycling arenas and the brand new grand prix circuit.

Volvo could be used as a tank factory without much modification, just add a turret on top and you're pretty much there.
