21:00 on a 24 hour clock right? That should be 23:00 in my time zone I guess. That is doable in practice, but very far from ideal.
Saturdays are probably the best days for me and I can in theory play in most times then. The problem is more psychological, in that I can have an unstable temper and lower motivation to play if I am too tired and pissed, but maybe waking up much later can weight this up.

As i said im willing to play earlier if you guys want too. i only took that time beacuse i thought it were mostly people from usa that wanted to play so i randomly picked a time i thought that would work for them. it wasent a defacto set of the time from my side.

At least 3 hour earlier would be just all right, although I am definitely more than open to have it several hours earlier than that.

We can do a test run with 6 GMT this game (21th may) and see if we all like the time and make any adjustments if we dont like it.

It is quite straight-forward. There is a private messaging feature and a chat function in the room. You will just talk as in any other game in-game.


Will it work fine to play MP with people who do not have Modern Day Campaign installed, with a copy of the game with Modern Day Campaign installed?

I have the mod installed but i got a backup of the original game i just can copy past into the install folder.
it shoul dbe teh most uppdate version so my side should be ok

It wasn't as easy as I thought it would be to take my old copy of unmodified Supreme Ruler and install the latest patch on it... I am not very motivated to mess with my registry right now. If you both have MDC with the latest beta patch, would you mind running with that copy of SR?

If you did not use the same nickname in GR as in here it is quite obvious why we couldn't find you. I had been waiting on GR for an hour prior to starting time and 3-4 hours after that.

Samilou - not sure what you mean by "today" since you are on another continent from me. The post date is 23 may, which is Monday. I do not use msn but I will log into GR to see if you are there.




cdeeks - The intent of this game was to not have more than 2 or 3 players. Currently we have 3 signed on. We are just trying to get the timing right. I am willing to consider starting another weekly game, in addition to this one, if you can commit to it?



EDIT: I am on GR and see one game of SR. It is hosted by argent026 and game title is "Socialists Only", with another player named fegelein. I do not know either of these.
