Those god dam Russian, they have together with Belarus invaded half of Eastern Europe and the Russian warmachine keeps going! Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland has been annexed. Joint forces of Germany France and USA managed to stop Russia outside Berlin. France has lost tens of thousands of French Soliders in this war.
France has caused Russia great military equipment loss, France did also win the first battle of Kaliningrad, but faild to defend Poland.

Well, France has 12 understrength Division, 10 for Defence of France and 2 for offensive purposes. French economy is becoming selfsufficient. France has good relations with Western World. France has also proggressed best amog technology

Following text is taken from the personal notes of the pressident of Russia
Its been an intresting two years so far. I began my term in office thinking it would take years before any action in europa would be happening, how wrong i were.
It all seams to have happen after our siding in korea, with the war thats been cold for so long finaly heated up we desided to support N korea in a bigger fassion then what we originaly had in plan.
It were obviouse that we couldent let the west help S korea to win over the north, and the sumplying of arms to S korea from west were clearly going to happen. So we desided to declear war, this war were in the plans only to give N korea help in form of a defencive wall of more modern armor and artillery then they currently had to safegard them from any more advanced military equiptment sold from the west. This dessition however sevearly backfired.
The west run UN did not seam to believe our decleration of war to show support were allowed. They decided to kick us out, a decition that would give most countries in the world an excuse for a decleration of war against us, and in the end thats what happened. not long after the corrupt leaders of the UN kicked us out several small states started to get agressive. this did not pose a larg threat, as suprised we are of this attack we believe the west also were cought of guard by it, we did not expect any larg amount of advanced equiptment from finland, so we drew up a plan involving 4 battalions, in the end it would take much more.
Soon after Finlands attack more followed, in the months to come several nations attacked us, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, ukraine, georgia, and many more. The most shocking decleration of war however came from france. With our armys hevily aiming on taking out ukrain and finland ( apparently finland had way more equiptment then we originaly thought) and with the confident that belaruse would hold of poland for months we didnt see fitt to send any armed forced to poland or Kalingrad, we believed kalingrad would fall, or rather we knew it would fall, but that it would fall from an french invasion were never thought of or believed ever would happen, such an agressive attack on our main european military base made it clear to me and the entire ruling party that we were not safe. our plan to just force ukraine and finland to peace and then just suport belaruse in its war were no longer accepted, if france invaded kalingrad... were would they invade next? St. petersburg? Or would they march for moskow?
A new plan were drawn up, we would annex ukrain, the largest west friendly country on our border in the west exluding poland, with them annexed we would then cripple finland, take atleast half there land and there oroginal capitol. after that we would invade poland, not take all of it but we would take all land up until the river that run through the country. this would force us to take warzawa, but it would only serve to make it clear to france that they cant just invade our european lands and believe we wont retaliate in a massive scale.
We drow back the french invaders into the sea, after that we invaded poland, Ukraine were annexed, nothing stod in our way but one military base and warzawa, and with them gone we could place our defencive line... But then poland fell... Dam, who knew the polish government were a bunch of cowards, the whole of poland were ours, and countruary to first believes in our party this were not a good thing. it would with sertanty get USA to get involved. Our first plan would set up a line through poland but notghing more. we would stay there, make it clear this were something France forced onto poland! But now? now we were invading europa, we were now a problem for the west that france and USA could not ignore. We were forced into a larger conflict that we had hoped never would come, and we were not just fighting over the land of some country, we were in a conflict that would define europa, the side that won this war would controle europa, nothing less than that.
With this new war a new plan were formed, the plan was a defencive wall at the border with germany. And at present its holding. After countles of airstrikes and ground attacks it has hold. And we will hold this new found land firmly, we will fight for every city, to every building. It will cost the west dearly. And for every step they manage to take the longer the supply line for them will be, while Russia... Russia gets closer for every step they take...
State of war has been declared and country has moved to defcon 3. Massive troop movements to Europe are ongoing and army has already recaptured western part of Poland from Russia. Heavy air transport planes moveing troops to Europe
Usa has made several alliances all over world. Massive weapon sales has been done to support numerous nations. All of the M60 mbt, M113 apc, M109A2 SPG, F-16, F-15, A-10, C-130 and all of the old towed artillery has been sold. These weapon deals has influenced military power for several nations and those nations has conducted several military operations againts enemies of the USA. Especially enemies of Russia has been target for these weapon sales.
Military situation
Naval operations
USA navy and its aircrafts has conducted several operations againts Russia navy. Several battlegoups has been deployed to Baltic Sea, Bering Sea, Sea areas between Greenland, Iceland, UK and France. These battlegroups are being supported by land based F-18C, ASW planes and Awacs. Navy has lost only few ships in combat while Russia navy has been decimated in combat. Current status of Russia navy is unknown. Currently USA navy is providing fire support to land forces in Poland. Several thousands of Tomahawk missiles has been fired by nuclear submarines to destroy Russia fortified positions, Radar stations and Air defence sites with good effect. Land operations
USA army is currently conducting only one major land operation. That is large scale land combat in Poland againts Russia army. Russia military has lost totally about 900 units by USA while our military has lost about 170. Military personal casualties are about 100 000 for USA and 1.14 M for Russia but Russia has waged several wars already. After initial push by our military our forces had halted any future ground advance due to lack of units. Land combat in Czech Republic
Peace treaty
Peace treaty proposal was made and accepted by all parties. Here are the new borders. Blue marks near Ukraine and Belarus border means that there might be small changes due to border conflict with Belarus
France was not consulted in this peace treaty! However, France have to consider it! France don't either understand that how the hell can andorra have such manpower?!?
Things is geting intresting. with france tied down in there homeland we dont expect any larg scale operations from them for a while, all depending on how long andorra can last. Switcherland however is beaten, with america intervening they stand no chanse any longer. and we suspect andorra will be next after switcherland.
And this peace treaty with america suprised our party, but it were understandable america would want it, from our intel they are loosing money fast, it would seam they were just as unprepeared as we were for a full scale war. And with this peace treaty we can finaly retake our lost land in the east and south.
We will have to tread carefully in the next months to come thats for sure.
The peace treaty whent into effect, all military bases in poland were diactivated and any land were given to america and france.
And whit the borderconflict with them has stoped we can finaly consentrate on counterattacking korea. For too long have we lost ground to them, we have barely managed to stop them and for every week they have taken more ground. Our first attack failed however. we marched right into an counterattack. but with the armys from the west on its way it should not be a problem. then we can cut off any reinforcement from koreas mainland itself.
Kazacstan decleared war but it were dealt with. the only real cost to this war were time seing as they refused to surender untl we had taken every larg city they owned.
Curently we are driving back korea. we are retaking lost land and securing former north korea. we will have to wait and see what action america will take. its know they are uppgrading there military and from some of the captured hardware we got it would seam korea might well have M1A2 soon in larg numbers, we will have to plan carefully in the future.
Military
France defeated Andorra and Switzerland. France managed to negotiate it's way into the USA-Russian peace deal, France took southern parts of Poland and shared parts of Switzerland with USA. After finally beeing a few monts in 'peace'(exept for stubborn Belarussians), Austria goes and DoWs France. Austrias initial assult was taken by supprise, cause portions of the French army was enroute or in Poland to stabilize the Belarusian-French Polish border. The Swiz Division protecting the former Swiz territory was succesful in repelling those pesky Austrians, Austria simultainiously launched an invasion trhough Germany into the French heartland that was also repeld, but with some causulties.
Economical
France has become self-sufficient in all raw materials. France budget is on a negative trend. France should make cuts on to it's military budget, but in this time France can't cut it down too much, since France is in wars.
Political
French President Hullu Hevonen is sure that Julia EssEnge, Wiyleaks creator, is behind Austrias and Andorras sudden offensives. France has successfully court-martialt Julia EssEnge for the kiddnapping and sexual assulting President Hullu Hevonen(pst. I have never seen her before ) and is sentenced to death asap. France court-martials has also given the right for France to do what ever nessesary to obtain and kill her. According to Directorate of Military Intelligence, she is currently residing in Wien under the protection of Austrian Governement. Maybe I should sue her for leaking those documents also

Oh yea, France will try to warm it's relations with it's allies and will try to normalize relations with Russia.

Peace was made with Russia and Europe was divided. Russia has now free hands in Finland, Baltic States, Ukraine, Romania and Bulgaria.
In homefront both Cuba and Mexico decided to launch surprise attack. Both Cuba and Mexico military was defeated in matter of weeks by massive use of airforce. About 50 squadrons B-2 and about 30 squadron of B-1 bombers were used along about 20 squadron of various fighters. However it took several months for land forces to successfully secure both countries.
After homefront was secured bulk of airforces were moved to Belarus front were they secured Belarus Capital area. Nevertheless ground forces might be required to force Belarus make peace.
Economy situation
Economy situation is grim. Daily deficit was 10 000 000 000. Drastic economy transform might be required to balance economy. Military budget might see drastic cuts in months to come.
France Economy Budget Report
France has a serious defict of 166 billion $. These reports figures are in billions. France will try to make peace with all it's enemies to eliminate 81 billion $ and will try to raise taxes to just below 50%(overall tax rate, is now about 47%). Hullu's plan will also include budget cuts in other areas, like production of units, social servieces etc.
Guatemala launched a suprise attack but in matter of weeks he was crushed.
USA military launched a suprise attack in Syria and country was secured less than in four days.
Russia military try to intervene but was unsuccessful.
Economy situation
Economy situation is still bad. USA government decided to sell surplus military hardware all over world. Large number (14 squadrons) B-2 bombers were sold to foreign states. Also other military hardware were sold with big profit.
Wars
Austria was defeated, though no EssEnge captured. Hungary, Albania and Brazil declared war on France, Hungary and Albania was annexed, brazil was peaced out. France conducted it's first amfibious landing since President Hevonen took power, on Albania. France has managed to make peace with all it's enemies.
Economy
France has managed to double it's trade income, this has caused the economy to turn to a positive trend. Though all problems aren't solved, France Annual Expenses are higher than it's annual incomes. France has managed to increase it's annual incomes from 1,3 billion $ to 1,7 billion. Though France expenses has risen whit about a half billion, despite France beeing in peace. France will still try to improve it's economic situation. Tax rate was risen to 49.8%.
One way France is trying to improve it's economy next will be by more cutback and taxe lowering.

Well what to say. The great war of russian "aggresion" (Thats what we believe the west call it) rages on. However we were able to stabelise our economy, we are only loosing a small ammount with the trading me have. its believed tyhat when we finaly get out of this war we can start repaining our 2 million MILLIONS dollar debt
still geting 50 million from bonds though. who knows, why not go all the way to 3?
