I dont "think" thats accurate...
Im almost positive ive gotten unit offers from india,us,canada, and poland when they were at war in .Its probably has a huge effect on what and how often, but i dont think its required.

This is over. In game time is oct 2034 and not one trade offer of units. I am pulling the plug. The settings seem not to support the goal.

I am considering starting an AAR with one of the poorest, least teched, countries in the world and see how it plays out.

Well, thanks for hanging in there that long.Hopefully we are gonna see some adjustments and feature additions to this in cold war.
