I was playing as Kazakhstan and fog was on..Didnt got save game before to see what was happening in North America but in one moment i just saw message "Region fell" and i've seen its cuba. First with fog of war i though Americans launched attack on cuba which almost every time happends and saw Canada geting some land i though just some random Canadian ship accidently came there.But when i turned fog of war off i saw this...

Yep Both Canada and US together landed in cuba...And i checked...Canadian forces in cuba arent BTR-60 and BTR-80 they are strykers i think.And US landed there with recon units.
