Hullu Hevonen's 1st Report

Taking power!
In early January 2020 a new unknown leader of the Peoples Republic of China delivered the "Greeting form Hullu Hevonen" 'speech', declaring that "National People's Congress has lowered the age limit form 45 to 20" for presidency candidacy allowing Mr Hevonen(Me!) to seize power, Hevonen was also elected premier of China.

Revolution
One of the first things that China did after Hevonen Hullu(克雷齐霍尔瑟) replaced Hu Jintao(胡锦涛) was to search for allies and open diplomatic relations with many ideological comrades, such as Korea, Cuba, Iran and others. What these new political policies has caused is that China has become more active on the International stage.

Hullu Hevonen entered China signed the Shanghai Treaty with Russia's President Comrade Seawolf(Товарищ Сивулф) and India was granted observer status(later revoked, agreement by all parties). One of the biggest issues in China is the aged equipement, that according to the Chinese Premier, was "completely useless" in an interview in mid 2020. One Solution to this military handicap has been selling/donating old equipment to Korea, Iran, Cuba, Mexico, Pakistan et al. And natively mass produce ZBL09, ZBL2000, ZTZ-98+, J-10/N, DDG-052B and of course a native Aircraft Carrier. China has also bought some designs from it's most important ally Russia and arms negotiations have been occurring with Syria, Iraq, Iran, Korea etc.

Territorial Changes
Since President & Premier Hullu Hevonen(克雷齐霍尔瑟), President Comrade Seawolf(Товарищ Сивулф), President Zero(शून्य), Emperor Hobo(ホーボー) and President Sergey Golovko(Sergey Golovko) took power in their respective countries, the borders of the world has changed like they have never before in history. President Zero unified India, Pakistan and Bangladesh under one government with his military skills(thus, surpassed China as the most populous nation), Golovko have brought territorial gains to his allies through cunning diplomacy, I, Hullu Hevonen Have also made conquests, a total of ca 1,5 million square kilometres.

Economy
China's economic growth continues, GDP/c has lowered, but is growing!





Wars
2nd Korean War
The Korean war was a long time at a stalemate, but currently the southern wrong thinkers have gained the upperhand.

Indias war against Islam
India has occupied Pakistan & Bangaladesh.

Nepal's War to Suicide
Nepal declared war on China in mid 2020 and occupied large areas of Southern Tibet. In late-2020, Kathmandu was invaded and shortly there after they surrendered to People's Republic of China and was integrated into the Autonomous Tibet.

Mongolia's War to Suicide
Mongolia declared war on China in late 2020 and have since then suffered the same fate as Nepal. They where integrated to Inner Mongolia.

Greetings from Russia! Comrade Seawolf's 1st World Address
I, Товарищ Сивулф, with the honor and power of being announced president of Russia, has improved our glorious nation on many fronts, and has brought a new era of prosperity to our super power. Sense my election, We have:

Increased our diplomatic standing
Entering the Shanghai Treaty with China has solidified our alliance with China, and has allowed both of our super powers to co-exist, and consentrate on pressing matters, particularly in the Asian region.

Continued trades and agreements with the new U.S. president have eased tensions between the cold war powers, a move that promises to bring a more peaceful environment to the world.

Delegates have been making regular trips to both India and Japan, bringing mutual agreements to both nations. Russia will be observing a potential war between India and Iran, in order to determine which nation may be best suited as a ally of Russia. Japan has been highly supportive of our efforts to bring peace to Northern Asia, and why they seem to have ambitions in Southern Asia, Russia has no interest in that area.

Secured our borders
Through Diplomacy and shows of military might, we have been able to stop wars in both Georgia, East Europe, and are preparing to defend against the South Koreans, if necessary.

In the highly unlikely event of a nuclear exchange with other major powers, Russia has expanded it's defensive arsenal, located counter-strike units across the world, and is reconnoitering for potential threats at all times.

Proven a successful internal leader
With the world's highest DAR, I have raised our GDP, production capabilities, and have stabilized our economy.

In addition, Comrade Seawolf will be continuing our vow of neutrality in most world conflicts, unless required for national defense.

AAR for Republic of India from Jan to Nov 2020

India national economy

When zero007 was elected to office India was a major importer nearly on everything. India started to reform its economy by harnessign vast natural resources. Nearly all possible oilfields and uranium deposits were nationalized and were utilizated by growing economy. Allso new consumer, industrial and military production facilities were constructed in southern part of India. Additional power requirement were met by builting more nuclear power facilities. This economy reform is ongoing and might take several years before Indian government industry requirements are met.

Indian foreign policy

India government tried to maintain status quo in Asia therefore India decided to sign alliance with Nepal, Bhutan and Myanmar. Not long after this both Pakistan and Bangladesh launched surprise attack againts India. Zero007 plead for military and political help from USA, Russia and China. All these nations decided to help by selling some of their surplus military hardware to India. Only Russia decided to intervene this fifth war between Pakistan and India on behalf of India. Large number of Russia airforce aircrafts were sent to AO and they achieved total air superiority in matter of hours. After destruction of large proportion of Pakistan air force Russia decided to leave cleanup to India. India military leadership decided to use their large number of towed artillery to soften up enemy defences. Continuous bombardment led large civilian casualties and reports have confirment that nearly 300 000 civilians were killed daily in Pakistan and Bangladesh. Later in the war India government heard rumours that USA was planning to land forces in Pakistan coast and secure bases for their future operations. Ofcourse this information was leaked to press and both Russia and China reacted negatively. India decided to use their Airborne landing troops to bring both wars to quick end and therefore deny USA for their bases in the area.

I see myself as great humanitarian. I am helping pakistan hunger situation by removing excess population...

War in the Korea was and is still a big mess. All the major powers decided not to intervene this war (after supporting directly and indirectly both sides) and not to provide any kind of support. India was forced to accept this agreement and plus not support Nepal in their war againts China to liberate Tibet. All the parties have repeatedly violated this agreement and supported their allies indirectly by donateing money and military hardware. India has not provided any kind of support to this war because it has still reserved their old t-55 etc in frontline service. Unreliability of the major powers has lead to situation were India has to put their own national interest ahead of everything else. Conflict in Middle-East between Iran vs Turkey and Israel has lead the military leadership of India to concentrate their forces near Iran border. Likelihood of war againts Iran is extremely high and international support is luckily on our side. Russia has allready confirmed that it will not intervene this conflict but China is still providing support to Iran. There is possibility that this local conflict might ignite WW III when India intervene this conflict on behalf of Turkey and Israel. World is holding their breath and waiting for USA and China reactions...

Liberation of Tibet, Pah! China swears to support Iran and has already provided, hardware, designs and economic help to prevent the fall of Tehran. China wises not to see Iran invade Ankara and Jerusalem, we support Tehran in purpose of their defence. Turkey has already invaded large part of north-western Iran. Also the only thing holding China back from the Korean Peninsula is the existence of Pyongyang Government! One reason why China 'broke' the Treaty was because of the large amounts of M1A1 and other American Imperialist Equipment(AIE), that with this sudden AIE increase in Korea, Caused the fall of Koksan-Up, this is the cause of the Chinese aid to Pyongyang Government.

US DEPARTMENT OF STATE-STATEMENT OF US FOREIGN POLICY

CONFLICTS IN WESTERN HEMISPHERE
The US has faced 2 conflicts in it's own locale so far.
-Mexico-The US military was attacked by Mexican forces following drug cartel related violence in numerous border towns. Cessation of violence was agreed upon prior to large scale US offensive.
-Cuba-The US military began a pullout of air and naval reserves from Guatanamo. Following the departure of the last aircraft squadron, only a token presence remained in Cuba, enticing Cuba to attack the US military facility. Following the capture of Gitmo, the US conducted an air and naval war against Cuba, and following a few weeks of hostilities and naval skirmishes an agreement for peace was met.
-The United States remains concerned about the large amount of Chinese and Russian hardware encountered during conflict with the Cuban Navy. The United States does not approve of such outright aggression on the part of these two powers.

FORWARD DEPLOYMENTS (Locations withheld for security reasons)-
US Air Force strike groups have been stationed in key locations worldwide, with aircraft complement determined by needs of theater.
US Navy carrier battle groups deployed to areas of strategic importance, with US Army and Marine Corps rapid response forces deployed aboard naval transports. Surface Action Groups deployed to key chokepoints.
Nuclear deterrent maintained aboard Ohio class subs, surface ships, B52 strike groups, and land based launchers in the continental Great Lakes. Cruiser based weapons located in US territorial waters.

POLICY-
The United States will not, in general, interfere with the business of foreign nations. Nations will be left to their own business, with exception going to those nations in danger of inevitable fall to a rogue power. In the case, the United States will offer support, though America will not militarily intervene unless attacked itself.

America also seeks to advance multilateral cooperation. The US has entered agreements with nations in nearly all parts of the world, and America will pursue international cooperation in the event that a need for military action arises. In addition, America seeks the greater unity of Europe including the growth of an EU foreign policy, and as such has allowed for large integration of NATO and EU structure. The US also welcomes the cooperation of India and Japan in the interests of creating cooperation in East Asia.

ABCATO-
The United States, Britain, Canada, and Australia have created a comprehensive security agreement and organization as a way of progessing collective security and coordinating foreign policy.

WARZONES-
Brazil-The US will not intervene, militarily or economically, in the war between Brazil and Venezuela/Argentina. Diplomatic preference will be given to ally Brazil.
MidEast-The US will not intervene against Iran on behalf of either Turkey, Israel, or Kuwait, however in the event of further Iranian aggression, the US will seek to contain the influence of this rogue state.
Asia-The United States, in agreement with the Korea treaty, will offer any support to states fighting the People's Republic of China outside the Korean peninsula, nor will the US deploy forces to Korea. However, the United States, Germany, and ABACTO will continue to offer support to the Republic of Korea through supply, finance, and equipment. The United States will not tolerate the fall of a modern, stable democracy to a rogue Communist dictatorship, and will protect the rights of the Korean people to democracy. In addition, the United States disapproves of the Russian and Chinese role in supporting North Korea. The United States will condemn any military intervention of either of these powers in Korea and respond with necessary means to defeat any invasion force. The United States is also gravely concerned with outright Chinese aggression; the Communist government has already destroyed 2 democracies (Mongolia and Nepal), and seeks the destruction of 2 more (Taiwan and the Republic of Korea.) America had hoped China would show greater responsibility in its use of power, and is disappointed that China has pursued such an aggressive path.

US DEPARTMENT OF STATES - ADDRESS TO CHINESE GOVERNMENT

First we will begin by addressing the issue of India. Though the path India has taken in regards to Pakistan and Bangladesh may not be the most admirable one and though we do not support the killing of civilians, this was necessary response by India to preserve its own security. Pakistan and Bangladesh has a large military capacity and presented a danger to some of India's densely populated regions; only by a counterattack could India preserve the safety of its own people. In the case of Chinese action, however, Nepal and Mongolia presented little military threat to China, as both militaries were relatively small, and China could easily have fought only a defensive war, as we did in Cuba and Mexico. In addition, the areas of China threatened by either of these countries are large and sparsely populated. As a result, we will begrudgingly accept India's actions, with less acceptance towards those of China.

In regard to accusations of our government being racist and undemocratic, we simply laugh out such a ridiculous claim. We are the founders of modern democracy. We do not imprison opposition groups. We do not use military force to put down student protests. We do not censor the media to the extent of the People's Republic of China, which includes many internet outlets including various social networking sites. In addition, though we may have only 2 major parties, there is no legal requirement for there to be only two parties, and it is by choice that Americans have allowed such a system to be created; it can be changed at any time. Also, unlike in China, Americans have the right to free elections on every level of government, not just on a local level as is the case in China.

The racism is also a fallacy. China accuses America of being racist towards Chinese. This is completely without merit. The People's Republic of China is overwhelming Han Chinese. Yet America maintains very positive relations with Taiwan, which is also overwhelming Han Chinese. We have alliances with countries all throughout the world, without regard to race. We have no issue with people of Chinese blood, we have a problem with governments whose leaders hide their own shortcomings by lying about democracy and accusing other nations of imperialism.

Russia's 2nd report

Land deals
In order to form a stronger bond with the new Japanese government, and receive highly beneficial supplies, We have sold 2 of our Pacific islands to Japan. These islands provide the oil Japan needs to insure a peaceful environment in the area.

Weapons deals Russia is pleased to announce that both it and China have benefited from Japan's improved production and sales of units. We has also increased it's own production abilities, and will be producing units for sale to other nations. In addition, to maintain international standing, Concessions to the US were offered after Mexico attacked the US with a old shipment of Russian-made tanks. Mexico will no longer be an ally of Russia if it attacks again.

Temporary Peace for Russian forces
Due to NK forces holding out against the South, Russian troops have been fairly inactive for the moment, and have taken up one of our favorite pastimes:

However, this break was short lived.

Pirates!
Due to the recent aggression of Somalian pirates, Russia has decided that the current government there needs to be replaced, and has organized a invasion force. Despite major setbacks in planning, Russian forces have not only been successful, but have been actively receiving support from US naval groups in the area, in exchange for a small military base
in the area.

India Vs Iran

India recently declared war on Iran, and is making rapid progress in taking territory. Russia will support India, in the interest of having a single nation in control of the region.

Japan and I got all treaties, then I broke them to give him CB. Then he captured them with no resistance or casualties, and then we got peace, and new treaties

UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF STATE - EVALUATION OF US FOREIGN POLICY

Overall-
The United States has continued its policy of refraining from direct military interventions. Forward deployed military groups remain, located in key locations, however these are meant as rapid-response forces in the event of attack on the United States, rather than as offensive military forces. The US will continue these policies.

Mexico-
The Mexican government, supported by Russia and Cuba, has again launched an assault on numerous US border towns. The US repelled the assault and negotiated a ceasefire quickly, but the need for change in the US Mexico policy became apparent. The United States underwent NFRP, the National Force Relocation Program, consolidating numerous military facilities across the country, alongside the movement of a large defensive forces to the border area and construction of defensive fortification. The United States is greatly disappointed in discovering the amount of Russian equipment in Mexico and Cuba, and the amount of Chinese equipment in Cuba. The United States will continue to offer equipment to its Asian allies in response to Sino-Russian support for American enemies close to home.

Somalia-
The United States was originally going to assist the Russian military in its campaign in Somalia. This included the repositioning of a CVBG and MEU to the Gulf of Aden, the landing of US Army troops in Djibouti, and USAF flight ops from Oman. However, the attack by Mexico and subsequent NFRP took priority, and the combination of these operations and the discovery of Russian tanks in Mexico caused the US to abandon plans to launch a campaign. However, the US CVBG did perform sea control duties for Russia and well as creating a supply line for Russian troops, alongside USAF planes helping to create a safe environment for the Russian Air Force to operate in.

Korea-
Following the breaking of the stalemate in Korea by the ROK, the United States has determined the South Korean military is capable of fighting on its own with its current forces and has ceased providing new equipment to the ROK. The United States primary concern is now focused on China. The US will intervene in any Chinese counteroffensive in the peninsula so long as the DPRK government exists. However, if the DPRK falls, the treaty is voided. In the case of Chinese counter attack on a united Republic of Korea, the US will not intervene unless Chinese forces cross the 38th parallel. The United States is pleased by the more positive messages conveyed in recent PRC statements, and America hopes to continue this thaw in relations.

Emperor Hobo's 1st Report

(1st one so will try and cover from the beginning)

With the death of the late Emperor, a great man, Hobo assumed power. Japan was left in a very bountiful position with a rich treasury and strong western allies.
Immediately several concerns had to be addressed.

Economically/Militarily (Very interconnected)

Japan was dangerously dependent on imports of raw materials. Government funds flooded the private and public sectors to tap into all available natural resources. Uranium, petroleum and metal ores were a priority as well as clean drinking water and sustainable food supplies. This of course was a huge undertaking which has not stopped since it started almost two years earlier. Although tensions always rise between nations when one undergoes a leadership change diplomatic relations were immediately opened with Japan's Asian neighbors. Russia was very accommodating and eventually even agreed to sell oil rich islands to the north.

After resources were secured and the several wars were breaking out with United States intervention or mediation in all such disputes Japan came to realize that if a world war broke out Japan might be left to its own devises. Once again treasure funds poured out with a result of massive military industrial complexes popping up. Tank factories, small arms, aircraft, even naval dry docks. Unfortunately when the facilities were completed we found the world quite peaceful. Elements from the business community came up with a solution, quite ingenious. The government had already spent a lot of funding on these facilities that we now had little use for. Yes Japan needed a modern self defense force on par with our neighbors but not to the extremes first thought. With relations improving drastically on all fronts we found a new use for the hardware.

Japan already known for excellent production looked to its allies and brokered deals for military equipment. China who generously had supported many allies near and far with much of its hardware and resources found its self quite depleted. Japan had the perfect solution, tanks and small arms started rolling off the lines and being shipped straight to our new friends the Chinese. In turn Chinese funds supported further production and research.

Politically

Japan finds its self in a precarious position. The USA has made it clear through military sanctions and negotiations that it views our new communist friends and democratically liberated Russian friends as potential threats to their own security. Many stressful nights were spent for the Emperor trying to balance this careful knife edge between new and old friends. Ancient enemies and new.

Abroad

Japan watched with worry as India toppled government after government. The fact that war broke out was no more surprising than that Korea was once again awash in blood and fire. Thankfully our allies in the South seem to be prevailing. One can not help to wonder what will happen though when the North falls and the South is sitting on China's border.

Recently

Emperor Hobo was shocked to realize that his small island nation was now almost as much on R&D then on all the social services combined. Thankfully the modern Propaganda department put the perfect spin on such a realization. Medical, industrial and scientific breakthroughs were making the average citizens life long and fruitful. Very fruitful, the GDP/c had reason almost 10,000$ in the last two years alone. Food and water were plentiful and cheap although gas and consumer goods were still slightly overpriced. Regardless the Japanese people had never felt as safe, with material stockpiles to last years, military equipment to defend themselves at a moments notice. Strong allies and very friendly relations with all of its neighbors, they were safe, secure, and prosperous. For the moment, stockpiles never last after all. All this was carefully hinted at in advertisements, media feeds and public speeches.

The Japanese were once again entering the world stage as a bountiful civilization of technological marvels far in advance of its more backwards Asian neighbors to the south who still lived in a barely industrialized society. Agents may just have to be deployed to see how much poverty they are truly living in... (gotta love biased photographers)
