You have to zip it.

Re:zip it

It started out at 30 mb then you zipped it and it was 29.8 mb?

The idea was :

1. Compress it to some workable size and

2. scroll down here
|
V
where it says "Upload Attachment" and attach your smaller .zip file to your post.

But using your file hosting service works too.

I see that your Word document is full of screen-shot pictures, which is probably why it wouldn't compress.

Next time you might want to :

1. Make your screen shots into .jpg files
2. Start editing your post.
3. Upload the first couple, un-zipped, into your post, as explained above.
4. Press the "Place Inline" button for each.
5. Fill your descriptive text into the post, squeezed between the file insertion markers:

attachment=0 |my pic1.jpg| /attachment

attachment=1 |my pic 2.jpg| /attachment

7. Save your post.
8. Repeat as necessary unit you have a series of post with a lot of screen-shots.
