Synopsis

My war with Angola has cost me 2 air units and now I have 3,020 causualties. I captured the Industrial complex and ore mine and the battle was almost bloodless but I got greedy and tried to test the defences at Saurimo. The result was a near disaster. I lost the 2 air units and my ground forces were severly crippled. They are in retreat back to the ore mine. Angola lost 6 units in the battle but thier engineers were quite ferocious against the T-55's I sent to the area.

Belarus still manages to hold off the Ukrainian Forces but tanks have manuevered around Minsk and are about to engage the unprotected ARTY north of the city.

Russia faces a new threat in the South from Turkey and looks likes it complicating thier war with Georgia and Azerbaijan. They still hold Kaliningrad and are Advancing against thier Northern enemies.Russia naval forces are having a hard time with thier Sk foes.

Cuba still has daily bombardments from American warships.

Venezueala has pushed to the bridge North of Boa Vista but reports are sketchy as to how many units
are involved. Libyian assets say none.

CDR has not gained any lands lost around Kinshasa but thier defences are holding.

Iran has yet to engage Turkey on the battlefield but the UN has provided advisors to Iran.

North Korea is suffering. 526 total units lost and with only 55 units destroyed.

China has regained some lands in the Southern areas but recent intel shows that Mongolia has increased its defcon to 2

Serbia has let off on thier Bosnian front but have creeped closer to Pristina.

Would like some feedback from those interested.

After the month of June is competed, Im going to switch games from Vanilla GC to Ruges mod.

Which would be easier to make comparisons. Do I edit the posts to include both reports of the same months or start a new thread completely. Or would you prefer that I just add it to the bottom of this thread.

It does not matter to me. I like reading these. But it does seem most people prefer screenshots, few will actually read.

Its a good idea but I always try to avoid trades that involve me giving the installments. Missing payments will incur more problems with a $$$ penalty.

I learned that the hard way. I dont how many times I went hopelessly bankrupt by excepting trades that required me to give a monthly quota of $$$ or goods.

Also , I know its hard to read the commodity report but you will notice its cheaper for me to buy CG's on the world market than to produce. If I were to commit myself to installments I would have to depend on the availability of CG's on the world market or produce my own at a much higher cost.

Synopsis

War with Angola is going well Saurimo was captured and secured and now plan to hold my gains till a peace deal
can be attained. This may change however depending on how well the CDR military can regain its previous losses.

The lands I gained are rich in Iron ore resources and should be able to provide with me enough ore when planned
mines are built. I will put off the planned annexation of Tunisia to a later date.

The peace with Egypt still holds with intel reporting that 12 battalions of tanks are dug in all along
the new border.

Belarus is still holding Minsk and a few other cities like Brest,Grodno and Vitsyebsk. Not as many Ukrainian
forces can seen and Polish forces seem to concentrating on taking Khaliningrad.

Russian forces have not made and gains on any of their fronts. Partisans loyal to Georgia have retaken Zugdidi,
Senaki, Samtredia and Khashuri. Everywhere else it looks like they have been idle.

North Korea has made a push into the Northern part of SK, they have made at least 1 attempt to take P'Och'On but
South Korea still has control of Koksan-Up. SK destroyers are shelling Haeju.

Chinese forces have suffered heavy losses. They are reporting 341 units lost with 55,800 casualties.
They report only destroying 128 units on thier various fronts.

Iran and Turkey have had some brief skirmishes with Turkey get the best outcomes. Iran has lost 12 units and
4,300 men while destroying only 2 Turkeys.

Syria remains at Defcon 2. They look determined to show Egypt they mean business. The have over 100 battalions
concentrated in and around the port city of Elat and the Sinai.

Serbia looks to be idle as most of thier forces are concentrated around thier main cities. They may be concerned
about Romanian forces moving to Defcon 2 and recent announcements of Formal Alliances with Hungary and Albania.

Venezuela is reporting 1600 casualties with 1 unit lost in its war with Brazil. They have destroyed 1 Brazilian
unit. Land has been lost, Some 22km2 of it all in the southerwestern part of the region but continue to hold
the lands and major road system North of the bridge that leads to Boa Vista.

Cuba still reports high civilian casualties. On June 30th they reported 18,422 killed or wounded by the recent
attacks by American warships off the coast near Havanna. They also report 22,120 military casualties with 26
units destroyed while managing to destroy 13 American units. U.S.A reports 8,000 military casualties.

CDR has managed to get some garrisons built up around Kinshasa and those are being shelled by Congo Arty. The
military complex at Brazzaville,Congo must have been assaulted because the sea pier is at 3%, the land fab is at 6%
and the complex is at 8%. Not sure if it was by Arty thats now in repair or from a cross river assault.
I have 2 L-39ZA Albatros squadrons deployed at thier airfield in Tshikapa along with 1 squadron of Mi25 Hind
helo's and several supply craft. This should enable me to provide air support for any operations that they may
conduct against Angola.

All the rest of my Allies are at peace.
