Bolivia is also nearing a state of full employment.

Production of Light Infantry Battalions has started.
Mobilization of all four engineering battalions has been ordered and construction of additional land factories has started.

Production of a light infantry battalion is complete.

Still no sign of Brazilian forces, however some land has been lost due to supply and loyalty issues.

Venezuela, Chile, and Ecuador send 22,051 M dollars in aid to help financial issues in maintaining military production. 17 Light infantry Divisions prepare east of Santa Cruz de la Sierra.
((Nice bonus after having none of my allies declare war on Brazil in response. Still, this aid is better than nothing.))

Corumba is captured and forces entrench on the west side of the river. A Brazilian engineering battalion and a tank battalion attempt to cross the only bridge. They have been pushed back.

Military Operations plans on a sneak attack to capture the large hydro power facility near Iguassu falls.

Forces managed to take one section of the hydro plant however garrison forces halted any further advance. Bolivian forces fell back and begun scrapping of the captured facility. They managed to deal serious damage before being forces to retreat back toward Bolivia through Argentinian territory.

4,237 Bolivian troops have died in the war with Brazil, however it is reported that 9,497 enemies troops have died.
However the brazilian military staff is reported to be around 1.22 million men. Bolivias staff is only 76,631.

Plans on fortifying Corumba, and a second assault on the hydro plant are being worked on.

Over 8,000 Bolivian Troops are dead. In a second daring assault on the Brazilian hydro plant Bolivian forces managed to capture twelve hydro plant facilities on the west side of the river. The large garrison was no match for the surprise attack. All twelve facilities have been destroyed and over 1 million tons of industrial goods have been transported through Argentina to Bolivian factories.

Bolivian forces continue to hold the bridge against increasingly large brazilian assaults. Four Brazilian tank battalions were pushed back by entrenched infantry, artillery and anti-tank weaponry. A squadron of Brazilian fighter-bombers was shot down by 3 units of AA MIMI-23s.

Construction on two air fabrication plants has begun, as well as two more industrial good factories. Costs to build them are low due to a large stockpile of industrial goods.
