Thank you. And as far as I have gotten with this Israel has been by far the most difficult opponent to fight. Strong infantry and armour in abundance over a very small area, means air superiority is a must, and a large scale strategic bomber offensive is a must for a quick and decisive end to the war, or the fighting becomes very protracted very quickly.

Cheers

Jan 3rd 2034: In an attempt to curb the Azerbijan advance, and knock them out of the war, fighters are gaining air superiority over Baku. Also bombers are anhilating their anti-air defenses. The idea behind this is to get Azerbijan to Capitulate to Japanese forces. Then Georgia would almost certainly declare war on Japan, then knock them out, then we have a secured front right up to our allied Russian border, which will make advances on Turkey much easier, and less places to get outflanked.

Image

Jan 11th 2034: Japan drops a large contingent of Elite Airborne troops onto the Azerbijan capital Baku, and they take the capital with relative ease.

Image

Jan 16th 2034: All defending forces surrounding Baku have been destroyed. This leave very little in forces for Azerbijan to counter-attack with.

Image

Jan 19th 2034: News of the success of the infantry airdrop and capture of Baku, boosts moral in the Japanese high command. This in turn spurs a fresh offensive stike from mechanized infantry into Azerbijan.

Image

Jan 23rd 2034: Japan re-opens a front into Saudi territory

Image

Jan 31st 2034: Japan re-enters turkish territory

Im actually halfway to securing the whole of Africa now, I just need to finish uploading the screenies and the type up. As for future plans, im going to have to break an alliance or two (hurrah for tretchery!). Once Africa is taken, Laos, India have to go as its a weak-spot to my southern flank that needs securing. Austrialia is a possibility however the closer I get to Europe the more people will declare war against me, so in that respect I can forsee a European advance.

Sorry guys, works been insane latley, had no time to do anything. The bad news is my Samsung hard drive died, and the saves from this game was on that drive. Sorry guys. I may re-do it, but stick to my original plan instead of being dragged into a mire of troubles that was detriment to the basic plan of taking the southern Pacific.

Yeah, its a great AAR I really hope you can finish it. Also I'd like to see the new Japanese Empire invade Europe and Russia.

Sorry guys, but that hard-drive was totalled. I lost all the save files and everything else regarding this AAR. I gave the drive to a friend who took it to work to try and pull whatever info he could off the drive, but no cigar im afraid. |O

However Ive started another AAR, although this time it's not Japan. I will be starting a new thread shortly.

Gah it sucks when such things happen. All the hard work gone. :(

The problem I'm facing is that I didn't create separate save files or take screenshots during the first half of my game as Malaysia in Shattered World. I'm trying to think of other ways to make the AAR more interesting to make up for the lack of screenshots from that time.

That, or I might as well get GC and start over with all the new features and tech which should make things more interesting!
