I've read several topic about change ministers but how do I do that?

Go to the minister you wish to replace and click on him.

So, if you want to replace the defense minister, got to the defense tab,than click on the minister ( i "think" its called "meet the cabinet").

This will open that particular ministers info screen, find "replace minster" button, click on it.

This opens another screen with headshots of replacement ministers and their info.
