How can i lower the cost per unit of any commodity(coal, electricity, commercial goods...) ?????????????

In one of my games, cost per unit of all of my commodities get more than WM price ?
e.g. my consumer goods' cost is 50000$
WM and the other countries' sell price is 41000$

This happened when i increased my gdp/c.

you are correct that it is tied to GDP/c. If you increase industry investment you will see some decrease in cost per unit but only somewhat. This is the downside of a high GDP/c (the upside being more tax income.)

Whenever I play as any first-world region I never bother with exporting. The profit margins are too slim for the amount of investment required. Plus, you can sell everything to your citizens at much higher prices than the WM price  .

This isn't a way to lower your cost per unit.... but one game Balthagor and I were buying from David and then reselling it higher, by bulk selling. This was done with oil/petrol on a world map. We just became middle men. And we could do this because David's region was at war with everyone... so we bought his product and then resold it!
