 Post subject: army units do not engage enemy...

...like in subject, i had set ROE to engage and push into enemy territory (i did click "aply to all units"), but my units are just staying in place and taking damage from my enemies.
i have patch 5.5.2, win 7, dx 9.0c

There is no support for versions below 6.8.1. Please update your game and let us know if you're still having difficulties.
