I have 5.5.8 version of the game, and when I try to update to 6.8.1 it say "Nothing to update"???
do I need the gold version or other update first?
but why when I open the update shortcut on installation folder, it point me to that update?

You should also try a full uninstall/reinstall. Remember to reset your options the first time you launch after installing the update.

If you updated sr2020 to gold,with the latest update,you need to make sure when you go to start it,you use the sr2020 gold exec.

If you installed sr2020,and put a shortcut on your desktop,when you update it to gold using the latest patch,the old desktop icon remains and NO new icon for gold is created.So use the gold start under start/all programs.

looks like except mine

I've try full uninstal/reinstal many times, insert the key from box, then update to 6.8.1 from original version. still not work
update to 5.2 then try to update 6.8.1 still not working..
even I download the 5.6.2 version, then try to update to 6.8.1. still not working to

it keeps saying "Nothing to update" when I try to update 6.8.1.

the update file size is 249,795 Kb / about 249 MB<- is this the correct file

You have to multiquote manually.

Can you please send me your key via e-mail so I can confirm what version you have and test it on our system?
