Inconsistency on region falls message

When kosovo fell in a test game tonight and i click on the flag in the message saying it fell,it takes me to what used to be kosovo.I tried this multiple times during the 30 days the message stayed, and it did so every time.

But when georgia fell in the same game,and i clicked on the flag,it wouldnt interact at all.It didnt take me to ex-georgia.
I did this multiple times during the 30 days the message stayed, and it failed to bring me to ex-georgia every time.

kosovo was NOT an ally,georgia was.

Ive noticed this a lot. However everytime I did it in Ruges mod, ally or not, it always took me to where it used to be.

I noticed this alot of times. Never noticed if it made a difference if the region was an ally or not though. Just that sometimes clicking the flag would take me to the region and other times it would not.

Its been that way since I 1st started playing the game and Im pretty certain its happened both ways in both the Vanilla and Ruges mod.

I dont know that it does, but this was the only difference i saw, and so mentioned it.

When a region falls,you the player get an email message saying it has done so.Part of that message is a flag for the region that fell.Sometimes when you click on that flag in the email,it takes you to the the city hex of the fallen region which is now owned by a new region.

Sometimes the flag doesnt do anything.In this case the flag is totally unresponsive when clicked on.Its minor and i wouldnt even worry about, but since i came across is again and was sitting watching for something else,i tested it a bit and posted it.

Actually I said "Huh." as in "That's interesting. I wonder why it does that. Boy it's hot today. Where's my coffee??" As opposed to "Huh?" which means "Whadya talking about?"
