Glitch ? On Global Rules of Engagement lock-out keys

On U7 update, on the Global Rules of Engagement page, department locked don't stay locked - after changing page, moving to
another section. This with settings Locking Out the Defense Minister and with Locking Out auto deployed missiles.

Playing Argentina.

Anyone else have this problem?.....off to reload and see if it helps.

If you're in the defense dept that is the "global setting" that you can push out to all units. It always resets to default when going to the screen so players have a way to push back the default settings. Check individual units and they should be getting the rule changes.

Check individual units and they should be getting the rule changes.

It works in this way, going after each individual Unit, or using "All" units when Active at a location, task group, etc.
