Supreme Ruler Screen Not Good

Okay this has never happened before, but every time i start suprmeme ruler 2020 GC about 70% of the screen is black and then the entire menu/game screen minimizes up to 30% on the top left of your screen. I changed the graphic sizes all around it just stays at the lowest one no matter which one i pick even if i restart it..its still the first one at the bottom.

I tried it, didnt work nothing worked. I uninstalled GC then reinstall no..i uninstall Vanilla and GC and reinstall no..idk what happen, it ALL Of A sudden became weird.

nvm got it solved, all it needed was a good shout, saying Work Or Ill Turn you off my holding the power button!

It always works when something freezes not to mention Balthagor also helped
