I'm trying to make the EU a single entity in SR2020 but i don't know how to do it any help would be most appreciated.

To make such a mod, you'll need to develop some of the basic modding skills relevant to modding for Supreme Ruler.

- copy the .scenario file from Global Crisis and rename to EU_MOD.
- change the .scenario file details for the savfile to EU_MOD
- change the value for the .OOB file to be inactive by adding // at the start of the line.
- build a cache
