How do i add Abkhazia and South Ossetia to Russia?

I know how grouping, adding/removing regions works, but everytime i try to give these to Russia, either all of Russia becomes Georgia or all of Russia becomes international territory. Is it even possible?

You want to make Abkhazia and South Ossetia part of Russia? You should add those two region numbers to Russia's grouping. Than you should set "Keepregion" line to false for both (this will make those regions russian loyalty). And for this to work, you need to select the correct Georgia number (the one without O. and A. regions) to be used in .regionincl file. Forgot if cache is needed for this but it can't hurt (apart from time spent)...haven't done this in a while so I might have instructed you something wrong but give it a shot and report the problems
