First of all thanks BG for creating such a wonderful game which I can't stop playing and thanks to Ruges also for an excellent tutorial on wiki for creating units, but my question isn't about units because after an exhausting search for two hours i finally found this post http://www.bgforums.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=16762 as it explain how to add units to a game in progress, but it give me the thought that as it is necessary to create a cache or edit the scenario file to put new units in game, is it also necessary to do these things after modifying aiparams.csv, and if it is please explain how to do it by editing a scenario file, sorry for my bad english, thanks.

From my exsperience with the AIParams. It does and does not. It seems certian rules follow the baked AIparams and other rules follow the AIParams in the folder. So while changing the AI params and not doing a cache most of the units will follow the new AIParams, not everything will.
