i would like to add new units i now how to change the units but i want to add new ones i have 3DS Max and now how to use it very well. i just need to now how to add the units to the game to an already exiting mod but every time i cache it it wont work at all it just makes another cache file.

Post a step by step recount of every action you do to create the catche. Then we can find out what process your messing up at and correct it.

i did what i the wiki place told me to
1 i started the game
2i reset all options in the option menu t there defoult setting
3 i delted the mod i was adding units to
4 i then started the game and let it site till it went back to the menu
5 i opened the save file and renamed the the new cache to the old mod and moved it back in pace where the old one went
6 i reopned the game and it just sate there and made another cache
plus do u now how to move ships from the 3DS program into the game i heard one could that.

If you have made a 3D model that is in .MAX or .3DS format with a .PNG texture of at least 512x512 pixels I will convert it for you. Just e-mail me the model and the texture.

If it's starting a new cache again check that the name of the save file specified in the .scenario matches what you've named the file.

checked the name and they are the same and i havnt got the ships made yet if i could convert a few of the ships in the game that be sweet to

the file in the cache just crashes that all it does or are u talking different file

The .Scenario file is located in the Campaign (Or GamgainGC if global crisis) folder. Open it with a notepad.

i try to open the origanal and it say this

#include "Kalingrad.CVP", "MAPS\"

then i try and open the new one and it just crashes and doesnt respond

name of file is Kalingrad the same the one before this is the cache file and i use not book

Do you mean Notepad?

When you open the file Kaliningrad.scenario in Notepad then Notepad crashes?
