Is there a mod or a scenario like Shattered World but everybody has low tech levels? I think that would be fun to play and have a tech race or sort.

I've been poking around for a while and have not found one, but I'm sure somebody has done it by now: A GC mod where the USA is in 'shattered world' mode but the rest of the world is still regular nations.

Had played Supreme Ruler 2020 three years ago and enjoyed it very much. Last month I found out about Cold War and immediately liked the new features of 3D trees, mountains and better terrain graphics than in Supreme Ruler 2020. So I was wondering. Is there a mod, or a way to play Supreme Ruler 2020 with this better graphics. I've alsou heard that the in game interface is done better in Cold War than in 2020. So looking forward for that as well. Thanks in advance.
