He's right, the file is off-line.

Go to the first post in this thread and PM (personal message) the author ("PM" button at the bottom). Ask him to review his original post and the version 2 file on his hosting service.

I did this several months ago, but as has profile says he hasn't been on since June 16, I don't think it will make much difference :-(

You might whana give the US the right to pas the panama canal. There Carriers is stuck at the panamanian border.

For anyone modding, right of passage through Panama and the Suez was added in the Global Crisis map as a default setting, if you look in the .CSV file at the end you should be able to see how this works.

Yes it is many hours of fun but the limited nation choice make things difficult a little. Cant wait to see if you can find the Version 2 (I don't have a clue about how to find it or modding it)
