Ok allright What is Nuclear Dawn? Sounds intersting...

By the way at the moment I am rolling my eyes what's going on here.... At least it looks like a cold war scenario East vs West with a few intersting facts..
It looks like that

South America
In the west "corner" with blue pants : Chile and Brazil
In the east "corner" with red pants: Argentina, Venezuela, Paraguay, Peru and Colombia

Mexico is also allied with the Russian/ Chinese faction, but didnt declare war on any other country yet.

That is already an intersting battle, but what's going on in Europe is simply crazy..

European forces fight against the East forces... Bulgaria and serbia was defeated by a combined strike force of france germany and Uk, meanwhile Italy declared war on swizaland and is still fighting.. 5 minutes ago they joined the East faction and UK and portugal<--( even so they are not member of the EU( means they are not allied with all the others) declared war on Italy..
After that spain joined the east faction... I look forward what will happen next, if spain declares war on france it will be tough for the french because they still have the majority of their forces located in the former bulgarian area.

To be honest I supported Germany with units and materials, because I thought they wont be able to stop the russian invasion... but with the support of all the EU countries now it might be a hard time for russia...

Anyways russia is supported by Belarus and Ukraine. Ukraine already conquered most of romania.. jesus non stop action in Europe..


East faction consists of : Argentina, Belarus,China, Colombia, Iran,Italy,Kazakhastan,Mecivo,Paraguay, Peru,Spain,Ukraine and Venzuela...
West faction:Australia,Belgium,Brazil,Canada,Chile,Croatia,Denmark,Estonia,France, Iceland,Israel,Japan,Luxembourg,Netherlands,Norway,Romania,Slovenia,Slovakia,South Korea, and Taiwan..

There are several countries in asia allied and they are fighting against China....

It is quite funny at the moment I am just sitting here not really playing the USA I am just watching what happens arround the world.. ok cuba declared war on me and I defeated them .. before that happens they were also a member of the east faction, I guess mexico will declare war on the USA soon...

I can only repeat myself great work... I didnt pay to much attention at asia yet maybe I ll do that tomorrow

Will the AI will do amphibious invasions with this mod. Has anyone seen an AI large scale amphibious invasion like Russia or China invading the US, or the US as an AI player making amphibious invasions in Europe or Asia?

I have made no changes to the way the AI does amphibious assualts. However with that said the AI does do it a little better in my mod. You generaly have not seen the AI do a major amphib landing across an ocean. (besides the US assualting cuba). However in my mod I have seen major amphib landings in south america by the US. and once in europe. So ys the AI US will assualt europe, well rather occupied europe. The AI has a bit easier time making these amphib assualts becouse they have more common allies, so they can use each others supply lines. Also with the AI declaring more wars overseas, and not just its boarders you will see longer distance assualts. I have posted pictures in several places of these events happening.

By the way there is some buildings witch we don't need. I see there is 3 types of airfields and 4 types of baracks... What for?

Each type of barracks and airfields has its own advantages and disadvantages. From cost, to build time, to defensenses, to supply rate.

I forgot to put the install notes in the file, and have not created the change list yet. But to install download. and put the :
Move the "MODS" folder to your main Supreme Ruler 2020 folder
Move the "AIParams.csv" to the "INI" folder ***Warning*** back this file up before you overwrite the old one, This file will change other scenarios, not just mine. However I find my AIParams to be better the BG's, so you might as well use this one for both of them.
Move the "LocalText-TTR.csv" to your "Localize\Localen" folder Its ok the overwrite the existing one there. the stuff I added to this file will not affect any other aspect of the game then my mod.
Move the "Ruges Global Crisis V3.52.SAV" to your "CacheGC" folder
Move the "Ruges Global Crisis V3.52.Scenario" to your "CampaignGC" folder

Things to test. While most testing has been completed. What I am looking for now is long term play up to 10 years. Pay attention to wardecs and allances, and lack of wardecs and alliances. See if countries are going to war or alliances to soon, too late, or not at all. Unit designs and techs are things to look into and make sure all typo's are correct, any map errors. and the generaly economy of the world.

Also this version seems to run a bit slower then the rest. I sugest saving and restarting the game every 6 months for the first two years. then every 3 months for the next 3 years, and by year 8 I am practicaly saving and restarting every month. Allot of stuff happening, and with the world in a better economic situation it tends to get tuff.

As for game settings. I would prefer the defualt settings, with you choosing what country you want to test. Although the random event setting can be changed. I like to play and test with fog of war on. But somtimes for speed issues it can be adventagous to have it off.

Also I have a spare copy of Borderlands Game of the Year version on Steam. The tester that gives me the most feed back by 9-11-11 will recieve a free copy via steam gift from me.

Dont think my defualt AIParams will work with cold war. Although it would only take a small amount of work to make it compatable.

BUT AI is still not using air forces. Why?

The AI does use its airforce. Granted not as much as we would like them to. But that could be said for everything including ground and sea forces. You can curcumvent it and make it appear the AI is using more of its airforce by including more of them in the orders to recapture bases and such. And I have tried this. And the AI will send more air units out. However what this does is makes it so they are sending an air unit to a hex when they need a ground unit. So its better off not puting the air units in those slots. As it hinders the AI in other aspecs. Currently the AIParams I have released is the best balance of this. and the AI will still use air units. It still does intercepts good, it still does support missions good, and it still does air attack orders good.

Well as good as the AIParams will let it happen. What really needs to happen is the code that directs the AIRequest todo what they do be moded. However BG has not released this code. And I have beged them several times to let me have access to it. I would love to work on the AI more. Hell I would just be happy with this section of the code.
