Modding - Where to find information

What is the world like in 2020? What are the different ways to play? How can I create my own futuristic scenario and country groupings?

I'll see what I can do, but most of them that are working have a match in the game's lobby. You should be able to figure out which goes with what.

I updated the equipment file section last night, a new version of the .xls with headers has been posted with more information in the document and on the wiki.

I want to mess with the events system (mainly adding events to scenario I'm building). I searched the forum and wiki and failed to find what I need (I'm sure it's somewhere on the forum but I failed to find it), so I need someone to point me in the right direction (what to edit, where, and what is what)...

EDIT: OK, I found it is in GlobalCrisis.csv file after the relations so I need some clarification on those columns...

EDIT2: |O |O  found it all: http://www.supremewiki.com/index.php/Custom_Events

I was interested in starting to learn modding the game a bit, but sadly most links to information go to the old wiki which is of course dead.

It is an inglorious prospect I'm sure, but any chance that some of this old information could some how be accessible somewhere?
