Is there anyway to force peace on someone with conquering them......

Iran decalared war on me cuz both syria, jordan, and saudi arabia attacked me out of the blue.......
I defended myself won all the wars

I offered 300m worth of money and tech to iran but they won't accept peace is there any other way
