when i made a diplomatic relation with anation nd for reasons like they are my next target or they are hatd in the world i want jut to broke the mutal defense with them or stop my satalite defense with them so how can i just stop on treaty withot broking all of tem

Correct. You cannot break single treaties. You either cancel them all or you don't.
