I am not certain I understand your question. Outdated could mean several things. There is also a region specific context to it. For example something considered outdated to the U.S.A. may be considered frontline in Africa.

Well with that I mean what units who have worst firepower, worst defence power. Same goes for planes and naval units etc if you get what I mean.
