Well, even though I'm not polish, I actually could understand some of the question (hurray for slavic languages )

For any future problems, you should try "Google Translate" (if you write simple sentences, the translation should be quite accurate)

Now, for others (a google translate of the problem):
"ok I'm using this module but it does nothing because the theory is the war between Russia and Europe, but neither Russia nor Europe will not send units to war"

If you are using default settings, I don't know how this is possible (in my game there is a complete and total war in whole europe)? Did you apply any other mods? If yes, than that is the problem, as I assume that ruges AI files were probably overwriten
If no other mods present, than use default settings when starting the game...

Yea it sounds like the AIParams included with my mod are not being used.
