Scrapping Fabs when you've taken out another country

One thing I do at the beginning is build my new fabs in previouslý unused hexes and scrap all the original ones. Then when you take another country you just scrap the ones with names (as yours will have coordinates and not names) 95% of the ones you take over will have names. Just makes scrapping the rest easier.
