AI and Land Fabs
Hey guys, its been a long while since i last played this game and ive forgotten some things. The AI keep making new land fabs that i dont want, how do you stop this from happening? its rather annoying and cant for the life of me remember how to stop it!

Not 100% sure but if u lock the minister from military spending it might stop it.
