missiles and tech-level

hi,

I reached tech-level 148 and I have troubbles finding missiles I can produce. they go obsolete and my best missiles are removed from the production-list.
I really want some good air-to-ground-missiles for my B-3s.

I studied the unit-excel file and found that there is no new missiles after late-120.
Is there a way to "turn back" tech-level, like the cheat to forward it?

When does a unit turn obsolete?

Just go into options/player optins,maps and check show obsolete units
