Is china's peope a war'ing people cuz im at 29% domestic rating and im doing everything to increase it i got all domestic rating tax plans on and its still going down, But when india attacked me and i defeated them it went up to %41 percent im only at 2 defcon so i dont know i they feel there un protectected or something

You've not provided much information. Winning wars is good for DAR in any region.
Tax rate? Social spending quality? GDP/c?

my social spending is above recommended tax rate is at 56% but even when i lowered it it still kept being negative
What i mean by war is that the only time my domestic rating goes up is when i declare war on someone gdpc is $7k bu i set my minister to raise the gdp/c but it stays at 7k

Yes war drives people togeather. It gives the people a common cause to rally behind.

Well theres not much else i can give :L only that the only time my domestic rating increase is if im at war with a different country....

As you are the only person to ever type that your DAR only goes up at war, you understand we have no previous experience to lean on. Which is why I suggest you load a save here for us to look at.
The game mechanics are the same for everyone, (without mods), so if you lower taxes, increase social spending and supply all the resources and commodities your people want/need your DAR will rise or at least not drop. Barring that, well, I would have to see what you have.

ahhh never mind i found out that china has no election..I think acording to the guide i searched around on the interwebs and someone said on another forum that china has no election so it masively fluctuates
