I cant understand how to import goods, i am playing as france and all of frances power comes from nuclear, so i set the import tab on urainium for abover the market price to buy some urainum, no urainium comes in, all my power shuts down which means all my industrial production shuts down which means i cant build a dam thing. isnt it wonderfull, what the hell is going on why cant i get my hands on any urainium on the international market?

Did you set a Quanity to buy ?

It could also be that there is none on the market.

You can look to see if theres any trading done , I cant remember which tab it is but it will be one of the ones for each commodity. Should have something like leading importers,exporter iirc.

i let the ai handle it which i dont usually like to do, i still control ones i am self sufficinet in or that i export since i seem to have that done, they ended up just buying industrial goods off the market and the buildings got built. thanks for your help though
