At first glance I already see problems in this list;

V-Lap; only manufactured in IIRC 3 places in the world and BeNeLux is not one of them. The country must produce the ammo, not just use it, to get the tech

ERFB-BB same IIRC

Articulated Vehicles; This is fictional, no one starts with this tech.

Advanced Superconductores; same

Artificial Intelligence; same IIRC

Non-reproductive cloning; No one in the world is doing this on a large enough scale to get the tech.

Rejuvenation Pharmaceuticals ; another fictional

I'll stop there. I appreciate the effort, but we will have to set a standard that decides if a tech is or is not researched and apply that standard equally, we can't do this just one at a time. If there are some of these in particular that you think are vital, indicate the tech and a link to back it up. Then we can consider using that as part of our "who gets it" standards.

You'd be better off waiting to mention balance issues during the beta, once people can look over things and the devs have something to work from. :)

ok, i reffered to ingame description to find real life matching and, referring to your post linked below*, i really thought that it was what you needed.

About "fictionnal" techs, you may have a cristal ball on your desk because articulated vehicles, supraconductors and rejuvanation pharmaceutical (ask to any woman) are all existing. I understand that such tiny countries with a so high tech level is suspicious but that's the way it is. Even our own citizens are sometimes themselves surprised.

About VLAP and ERFBBB, the problem is that it's the tech that give the bonus, so to give it to the armies that are using it, they need the tech.

Artificial intelligence is a bit baffling but the description say:
More accurately described as programmed responsiveness, this refers to the type of electronic control that is often taken for granted. From voice recognition to web-crawling search engines, this level of AI is often overlooked by those with a more 'Hollywood' expectation of AI.
for exemple, Lernout & Hauspie Speech Products (LHSP) was a belgian society that was producing voice recognition applications.

PS: be sure that i've done my homework and that i've not accorded techs to belgium/luxembourg by a lotery. I planned to post orbats and details about military hardware in service but it doesn't seems to be usefull ;)
