Single Target target lists

Commands with a single possible target list do not need to display a target list.

A good example of this is one Airborne unit and one transport helicopter. When I command the AB unit to "Load Into" and then click on the target hex, a target list of one helicopter is not necessary.

IMHO - too many menus, too many menu selections in this game.
