Finer display of information.

Currently the information display rounds to the nearest Million in nearly all instances. This makes certain data windows completly useless to the user. For example, facility consumption data. If I contruct a bio fuels facility, I have no idea how much agricultural product that facility will consume, because the consumption log will simply say <1M. The data displayed is TOO granular, it needs to be at a finer level of output. I'd much prefer to see it round to the nearest thousand, or even pure single ammount.

Now, I can go into the actual game engine, and hack the files to pull the exact numbers, but that doesn't help the average user.
