I just wanted to check my perception with some of the forum old-timers.
It seems to me that BG is now guarded about getting into discussions of gameplay content. Have you guys noticed, or is it just me?
BG & information: question for old timers.

The pendulum swinging the other way, id say.
First time out they talked about what the wanted and planned so much, many including me, expceted to see certain things in the release.
A bunch of these things didnt make it in,because the devs were not happy with them (among im sure other reasons) and a few of us including me
were supirsed and unhappy.
So.... i think they are erring on the side of caution this time.

I would agree that they do seem a bit more guarded this time round, but I agree with tkobo for the reasons. While I arrived fairly late on in the development process I still remember being a bit dissapointed when things I expected to find weren't there.
So I say that they are taking the route that descretion is the better part of valour.
