Editing Region

Hello
i need help with editing region
I want to change name of Serbia to Yugoslavia
and change goverment type from democracy to communism
if someone knows how to do that please help me,

Region names will be in the Localization folders.

Important: In most cases, after editing regional data a cache file must be created to see the data in game.
