Trouble moving land units from different places

Hi, I'm having an issue with selecting lands units from different places and moving them to one place. For example I'm playing as Germany, I deploy my units and want to entrench all of them in Berlin. Once I have selected the units there are green lines coming form all the units; normally if you hover over Berlin the green lines will meet up there an that is where the units will go. However when I do this the green lines representing the units paths go all over the place and very few units end up in Berlin. This doesn't happen with ships, planes, or if I'm moving one group of units from one place to another. This is game breaking because I can't efficiently move large number of units. Is this a bug or is there some option I have off? The demo didn't have this issue and I have played the game on two computers both with the same problem.
